2. Payments and Subscriptions

All payments are processed through Paddle.com, who acts as our Merchant of Record. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to Paddle's terms of service. Your billing relationship is directly with Paddle.com for payment processing, tax collection, and billing support.

3. Refund Policy

Our refund policy is subject to the following conditions:

• Refund requests must be submitted within the eligible timeframe: - Card payments: within 120 days of the transaction - PayPal payments: within 179 days of the transaction
• Processing times vary by payment method: - Card refunds typically process within 3-5 working days - PayPal refunds typically process within 48 hours
• Refunds may be full or partial at our discretion based on service usage and circumstances
• Subscription cancellations do not automatically qualify for refunds of past charges
• We reserve the right to deny refund requests that do not meet our eligibility criteria or show evidence of service abuse

4. Payment Processing

All transactions are processed securely through Paddle.com. Your payment information is never stored on our servers. Transaction statements will display as "PADDLE.NET*" followed by our business name. Any payment disputes should be directed to Paddle's support team.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time. While we strive to provide advance notice of significant changes, we are not obligated to do so. Service modifications do not constitute grounds for refunds unless explicitly stated.

6. Billing Relationship

When making a purchase, you are entering into a billing relationship with Paddle.com as the Merchant of Record. Paddle handles all payment processing, tax collection, and billing-related support. Any payment disputes should be directed to Paddle's support team.

7. AI-Generated Content

Any content generated by Makery's AI may be stored and analyzed to improve service quality. Publicly shared content is accessible based on your selected settings. By using the AI features, you grant Makery the right to store, analyze, and publicly display this content in accordance with the platform's policies.

8. Limitation of Liability

Makery is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to inaccuracies in AI-generated content, data loss, or service interruptions.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Makery is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose of the platform or any content generated by AI. Makery disclaims all warranties, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

10. Intellectual Property

Users retain all ownership rights to content they create, but grant Makery a limited, non-exclusive license to use, store, and display this content for service improvement purposes.

11. Dispute Resolution
